Pescara - top floor over the sea

Interior design&construction. (2014)

An intervention of recovery of the attic which saw the total removal of the covering of a seven-storey building with the creation of a new floor, the eighth, to be used as a dwelling and to be connected internally to the floor below, with a new curvilinear covering that it fits softly without impact.
The building boasts a privileged position compared to the city center and overlooks the Riviera. Here the sea is the protagonist, the fundamental element of inspiration for colors. The large windows for the windows allow a gentle visual exchange between sky, sea and interiors and the eye is lost in the horizon. The environments, on a clear basis, have been strongly characterized by lively color notes that reflect the sparkling and dynamic personalities of the owners.
